Position Overview:
The Georgia Public Defender Council (GPDC) is looking for law firms capable of handling a large volume of cases. We are seeking a firm that can handle all the conflict cases for GPDC in select courtrooms in Fulton County.
GPDC is also accepting proposals from firms that could handle conflict cases in other circuits. The ability to provide conflict free counsel in multi-co-defendant cases is paramount. Firm should be able to subcontract or to assign conflict free counsel according to Bar and Ethics rules.
Contract amount will be dependent on negotiated terms.
