Tallapoosa Judicial Circuit – Assistant Public Defender II/III

The Tallapoosa Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office is seeking to fill an Assistant Public Defender II/// position.  Primary duties include representing indigent clients in all phases of criminal proceedings, including arraignment, pretrial hearings, trial preparation, plea negotiations, trial, and sentencing.  This position involves extensive courtroom and trial experience.  The Tallapoosa Judicial Circuit consists of Haralson and Polk Counties.
