Job Title: Assistant Public Defender III or IV

Job Description and Requirements:
The Flint Judicial Circuit Office of the Public Defender is seeking to hire an Assistant Public Defender III or IV. Primary duties include representing indigent clients with criminal cases in Superior and Magistrate Courts. Applicants must meet the qualifications and have the necessary skills to perform the job duties and responsibilities for the position. Applicants must be a current member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia. A strong commitment to indigent defense is also required.
