Cherokee Judicial Circuit – Administrative Assistant II

The Cherokee Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office is seeking an Administrative Assistant II. Primary duties include performing a wide range of office administration tasks to support the legal staff, office, and clients. This includes, but is not limited to, drafting documents, data entry, case management, and providing assistance in court. Applicants must meet the qualifications and have the necessary skills to perform the job duties and responsibilities for the position. Organization and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, under minimal supervision, are essential. Office experience/paralegal or Criminal Justice Degree is preferred.
