The Georgia Public Defender Council, East Metro Division in the Central Office, is seeking to hire an Assistant Public Defender IV. The primary duties include representing indigent clients with criminal case(s) in our Superior Courts. Applicants must meet the qualifications and have the necessary skills to perform the job duties and responsibilities of the position. Possessing three (3) years of experience in criminal law is preferred. Applicants must be a current member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia. A strong commitment to indigent defense is also required.
