The Alternate Public Defender Cluster (Metro: Stone Mountain) Office is seeking to hire an Assistant Public Defender II. This position is located in the Stone Mountain Judicial Circuit within the Alternate Public Defender Office. This is a State-funded position. Primary duties include representing indigent clients with juvenile cases, deprivation actions, and other Juvenile Court matters. Applicants must meet the qualifications and have the necessary skills to perform the job duties and responsibilities for the position. Applicants must be a current member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia. A strong commitment to indigent defense is also required.
