The Griffin Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office is accepting applications for an Assistant Public Defender II. The position may be filled at the lower level of Assistant Public Defender I. This determination will be based on experience. Primary duties include representing indigent clients in criminal cases in Superior Court.  Applicants must meet the qualifications and have the necessary skills to perform the job duties and responsibilities for the position. Superior organization and administrative skills and a strong commitment to indigent defense are preferred.
